*We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
*Please be aware that if you arrive late to your appointment, we may have to shorten the length of your service to accommodate our next guest. Regardless of the length of the treatment you receive, you will be responsible for the full price of your scheduled service. 
*During your Spa visit, we provide you with robes and slippers for your comfort as needed. 
*Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities that you have when booking with us. 

Cancellation Policy & Fees
*If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours notice. Please call 412.963.6568 if no one answers, leave a message on our voicemail. We are also available via e-mail.
*Appointments cancelled 24 hours prior will not be charged.
*Same day cancellations will be charged 20% of the scheduled price.
*No shows will be charged a full amount of the scheduled service(s).
*Beginning August 2018 a credit card is required to book appointments.

General Policies
*Our Spa is an adult and kids environment.
*We encourage you to leave all jewelry and personal items in  your home. 
*Please put your phone on Mute or Vibrate upon entering the Spa, as we do not want to disrupt services of our other guests. 
* We are a non smoking facility, Thank You!

Group Bookings
*Exclusive use of the Spa is available. Please contact us directly for availability and arrangements. 
*Groups of 3 or more will require a 20% gratuity with the services provided. 

Payment & Gift Certificates
*We accept Cash, Check, VISA and MasterCard
*Gift Certificates are available for any denomination or selected services. They are not redeemable for cash and can ONLY be purchased at our location or over the phone. 
*Gratuities are graciously accepted by Cash
